Notes:
Born in Bermuda, but raised in Alabama, Wade-Frey came to the attention of GB Basketball in 2010 after an impressive four-year career in NCAA basketball at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Wade-Fray has spent most of her life in the US, proving an outstanding high school player in Madison, Alabama, before starting her four-year college career at UTC. By the time she graduated, in 2010, the 5’9” guard had played the most game’s in the school’s history, 131, starting 98 of them.

She also finished with 1,251 career points, 280 assists, 134 steals and over 600 rebounds, while her 214 three-pointers left her third, both on the UTC career charts and third in the Southern Conference all-time record books. Wade-Fray is also a two-time All-Conference athlete and twice named to the all-Southern Conference Tournament team.

Finally, in 2010, new GB coach Tom Maher called up Wade-Fray, who qualifies for GB through her Bermudan nationality, for the team preparing for the qualifying tournament for Eurobasket 2011.

Given her success at the college level – she won three regular season championship and three Southern Conference Tournaments while at UTC – Wade-Fray would appear to have an important role to play in the future of the GB programme.
